This sunset space is actually one floor below a beautiful seaside condo in Ogunquit, ME. The owner purchased the space below as a guest cottage.
The condo had not been updated in thirty years. We reconfigured the floor plan to create the perfect guest getaway. It's a very lucky friend who gets to stay here!

Working closely with the homeowners and architect, Upcoast specified and designed interior fittings, palette, furnishings, art and accessories creating a soothing forever home on the beautiful coast of Maine.
This home boasts a beautiful view of York's rocky coastline. The interiors were designed to play off of the natural coastal colors and textures, unifying the home to it's surroundings.
The space was created as a meeting point for family and friends to enjoy comfortable living inside and out.
