She's Back and This Time as Partner!

Upcoast Design is delighted to welcome back Jenny Duck, now joining the studio as a full partner. Jenny was previously a lead designer at Upcoast for several years before taking a position at the Kittery Naval Shipyard, where she applied her architectural expertise as Facilities Planner.

Formerly Lisa Teague Design Studios, Upcoast has long been a leader in creating high-end residences and commercial properties, guiding projects from concept through the final phases of furnishings, art, and accessories.

Studio founder and principal, Lisa Teague began her career as a painter and muralist before branching into fine interiors, specializing in custom fabrics and layered design.

Jenny’s strong background as an architect allows Upcoast to work closely with select builders specifying all aspects of the design/build process.

Anyone who knows Lisa knows her passion is travel, where she experiences the world while curating beautiful products to bring back to her clients. The return of Jenny, this time, as full partner, will allow Lisa to gradually step back from day-to-day operations to expand her travel, developing more opportunities to expose her clients to gifted artisans around the world (stay tuned for Lisa’s new venture launching in 2026).

The Upcoast team includes Brie Beaudette, a gifted young designer who is an integral part of the design team, bringing a fresh perspective and tremendous creative energy.

 Lisa will continue to work with her legacy clients and be on board to consult on the creative direction of all incoming projects through 2026 as Upcoast launches into an exciting future with this dynamic team.
